Our very flexible polyethylene textured sheets
DRILINE Textured (LLDPE)
is manufactured homogeneously with the extrusions of the solid barrier portion of the liner as opposed to being added after extrusion. The rough surface is thus fully integrated with the sheet during the molten phase of manufacturing, as opposed to being added after extrusion. Resulting in a surface that remains intact regardless of the chemicals which may come in contact with the sheet.
With the addition of texture to the surface of the geomembrane our DRILINE Textured (LLDPE) sheets provide an excellent abrasion resistance. This
feature permits the engineer to increase friction between the two layers. This also allows for the designing of steeper slopes, resulting in the added capacity of
a site. Our textured high density polyethylene sheet also retains all the excellent properties of our DRILINE Textured (LLDPE) sheets.
DRILINE Textured
(LLDPE) is also resistant to mould, mildew, fungus, and chemicals normally found in soil. Unlike other products, our geomembranes do not contain
plasticisers that could migrate and cause premature ageing of the liner or other environmental factors, they do not need to be buried for protection.
DRILINE Textured (LLDPE) is manufactured as a textured black sheet, but is also available coloured or multi-coloured.
